复方氨林巴比妥注射液致重症大疱性表皮坏死松解型药疹1例

摘　　要：目的:探讨分析复方氨林巴比妥注射液致重症大疱性表皮松解型药疹的救治。方法:将淄博市第四人民医院2020年7月发生的1例复方氨林巴比妥注射液所导致的罕见药疹作为研究分析对象,详细记录重症大疱性表皮松解型药疹的发生过程,实验室指标的变化情况,总结临床救治方式和体会,为药品不良反应监测与评价提供完整资料。结果:复方氨林巴比妥注射液为临床常用的解热镇痛剂。本例患者初期由于原发病的原因表现不明显,导致病程长且病情凶险,在应用时应高度关注。结论:加强不良反应监测意识,对大疱性表皮松解型药疹及时确诊,停用致敏药物,早期应用大剂量激素联合免疫球蛋白治疗;重症者血浆置换治疗的效果可靠,明显减轻病人痛苦且恢复时间短。Objective:To explore and analyze the treatment of compound amylin barbital injection in severe epidermolytic bullosa eruption.Methods:Taking an adverse drag reaction caused by compound amylin barbital injection as the research object in Zibo Municipal Fourth People's Hospital in July 2020.Recording the process of drug-induced bullosa epidermolysis and the changes of laboratory indicators in detail,summarizing the methods of clinical treatment,to provide the complete information of adversing drag reaction.Results:Compound amylin barbital injection is commonly used in clinical antipyretic and analgesic.In this case,the primary cause of the disease was not obvious at the early stage,leading to a long course of disease and a dangerous condition.Therefore,great attention should be paid to its application.Conclusion:Monitoring the adverse reaction,comforming the drug-induced bullosa epidermolysis in time,stopping the related medicine,using large doses of hormone combined with immune globulin treatment in the early stages will be effective.
