摘 要:为提高高粱老化种子的种用价值,本研究以两个高粱品种‘吉粮601’和‘吉粮27’的自然老化种子为试验材料,使用不同浓度的CaCl_(2)溶液浸种后进行发芽试验,测定种子的发芽、活力、幼苗长势及生理指标。结果表明,自然老化的高粱种子经CaCl_(2)浸种后,发芽及活力指标等均随CaCl_(2)浓度增加呈递增趋势,150 mmol/L时达最高值,并在200 mmol/L时开始下降。当CaCl_(2)浓度为150 mmol/L时‘吉粮601’和‘吉粮27’的发芽率达到82%和69%,比对照提高10%和17%;对于幼苗长势,CaCl_(2)浸种对老化高粱种子萌发后幼苗的苗高和苗重影响较小,但根长会随着浓度的增加呈减小趋势,当浓度为200 mmol/L时‘吉粮601’和‘吉粮27’均比对照缩短了2.06和1.94 cm。CaCl_(2)浸种后,与对照相比,幼苗中的过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD) 3种保护性酶活性均呈现提高趋势,在CaCl_(2)浓度为150 mmol/L时达到最高值。脯氨酸含量也因CaCl_(2)处理表现增加趋势,但两品种的最高值分别出现在CaCl_(2)浓度为150和200 mmol/L。结果表明,CaCl_(2)浓度为150 mmol/L时,最有利于提高老化高粱种子的发芽力、活力,对幼苗生理特性改善和提高效果最显著。本研究对于提高老化高粱种子的利用率具有重要意义。In order to improve the seed value of aging seeds of sorghum, the natural aging seeds of two sorghum varieties ’Jiliang601’ and ’Jiliang27’ were used as experimental materials in this trial, the seeds were soaked with CaCl_(2) solution of different concentrations and then germinated, the Germination, vigor, seedling growth and physiological indexes of the seeds were determined. The results showed that the germination and vigor index of naturally aging sorghum seeds after soaked with CaCl_(2) increased with the increase of CaCl_(2) concentration, reached the highest value at 150 mmol/L and began to decline at 200 mmol/L. At 150 mmol/L of the concentration of CaCl_(2),the germination rate of ’Jiliang601’ and ’Jiliang27’ reached 82% and 69%, which was 10% and 17% higher than that of the control. For seedling growth, it had little effect on seedling height and seedling weight of aging sorghum seeds soaked with CaCl_(2) after germination, but the root length of the two varieties decreased with the increase of CaCl_(2) concentration, at the concentration of 200 mmol/L, the root length of ’Jiliang601’ and ’Jiliang27’ were 2.06 cm and 1.94 cm shorter than that of the control. The activities of the protective enzyme peroxidase(POD), catalase(CAT), and superoxide dismutase(SOD) increased contrasted with the control, and reached the highest value at the 150 mmol/L of concentration of CaCl_(2). The content of proline also increased because of the treatment of CaCl_(2),but the highest value appeared in CaCl_(2) concentration of 150 mmol/L and 200 mmol/L respectively. The results showed that CaCl_(2) concentration of 150 mmol/L was most beneficial to the improvement of germinating ability and vigor of aging sorghum seeds, and to the improvement of physiological characteristics of seedlings. This study is great significance to improve the utilization rate aging sorghum seeds.
