摘　　要：通过对高炉喷煤制粉系统刮板输送机频繁出现导向轨道、刮板断裂等问题进行研究,从设备结构、制造工艺、材料选用等方面分析原因,制定了刮板机导向装置改造的方案并在现场进行了实际应用,现场改造后使用效果明显,遏制了设备故障的发生,为喷煤系统平稳运行创造了条件。In this paper through the blast furnace coal injection pulverizing system scraper conveyor frequent occurrence of guiding tracks research on scraper fracture and other problems.Manufacturing from equipment,manufacturing process,material selection and other aspects of the analysis of the reasons,formulated the plan for the modification of the guide device of the scraper machine and practical application was carried out on the spot,after the on-site change,the use effect is obvious,contain the occurrence of equipment failure,created conditions for the smooth operation of the coal injection system.
