摘　　要：随着高炉运行时间推移,高炉送风系统分配器热风围管中心与高炉本体中心发生偏移。高炉热风围管水平度也有一定量变化;送风装置衡衬器与直吹管超期服役后更换时存在安装困难,强行上线后出现不同程度问题。笔者通过现场采用不同安装措施的实践,优化炉役中后期送风装置的安装精度以及可靠性。With the running time of blast furnace going on,the center of hot blast pipe in distributor of blast furnace air supply system deviates from the center of blast furnace body.The level of blast furnace hot blast pipe has a certain amount of change.It is difficult to replace weighing insruments and the direct blow pipe of the air supply device after they have been put into service for a long time.The author optimizes the installation accuracy and reliability of the air supply device in the middle and later stages of campaign by using different installation measures on site.
