摘 要:铜阳极杂质含量升高,造成电解液中的铜离子浓度下降和杂质浓度的快速上升,为保障阴极铜产品质量的稳定采取的措施:进行了铜离子浓度的补充、改进絮凝和自净化技术脱杂、溶液循环方式改进等,电解液中的砷离子浓度长期在高限的情况下,实现了阴极铜产品的稳定生产。The increase of impurity content in copper anode results in the decrease of copper ion concentration and the rapid increase of impurity concentration in electrolyte.The measures taken to ensure the stability of the quality of copper cathode products are as follows:supplement of copper ion concentration,improvement of flocculation and self-purification technology,and improvement of solution circulation.Under the condition that the concentration of arsenic ion in the electrolyte is high for a long time,the stable production of cathode copper products is realized.
