摘  要:开发利用钢厂周边高磷块矿可以缓解铁矿石资源匮乏,在高炉冶炼时铁矿石中的磷进入铁水,铁水含磷量主要控制铁矿石含磷量,脱磷只能通过炼钢来进行。转炉冶炼高磷铁水操作难度会增加,转炉产能受到影响,石灰消耗、钢铁料消耗、合金消耗、一倒命中率等经济技术指标下降,转炉生产成本升高。因此有必要开展使用周边高磷块矿后铁水磷含量增加对转炉生产及成本的影响测算与分析。通过测算分析,在配加含磷量0.76%高磷块矿代替3%球团,铁水磷含量小于0.150%,降低炼铁成本同时对转炉产能发挥及成本影响较小。从而指导优化炼铁炉料结构,均衡炼铁和炼钢生产与成本控制的作用。The development and utilization of high-phosphorus block ore around steel mills can alleviate the shortage of iron ore resources,but the phosphorus in iron ore enters into molten iron during blast furnace smelting,so the phosphorus content of molten iron is mainly controlled by controlling the phosphorus content of iron ore,and the dephosphorization can only be carried out through steelmaking.The operation difficulty of smelting high-phosphorus molten iron in converter will increase,the converter capacity will be affected,the economic and technical indexes such as lime consumption,steel material consumption,alloy consumption,one-turn hit ratio will decrease,and the production cost of converter will increase.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out the calculation and analysis of the influence of the increase of molten iron phosphorus content on the production and cost of converter after using the surrounding high-phosphorus block ore.Through calculation and analysis,when adding high phosphorus block ore with phosphorus content of 0.76%instead of 3%pellets,the phosphorus content of molten iron is less than 0.150%,which reduces the cost of ironmaking and has little influence on the production capacity and cost of converter.Thus,it can guide the optimization of the structure of iron-making charge and balance the production and cost control of iron-and steel-making.
