摘　　要：介绍Achenbach铝箔轧机厚控系统、VC辊、磁尺、伺服阀、测厚仪等控制系统常见的故障现象,并结合现场工作经验,分析故障产生的原因及处理故障的措施。This paper introduces the common fault phenomena of thickness control system,VC roll,magnetic ruler,servo valve,thickness gauge and other control systems of Achenbach aluminum foil rolling mill,and analyzes the causes of the fault and the measures to deal with the fault combined with the field work experience.
