摘 要:提供了一种针对成州锌冶炼厂湿法炼锌系统污酸中汞含量的分析方法。在最优化的工艺条件下,利用沉淀剂硫化钠沉淀汞离子形成富集汞渣,使得与其它干扰金属元素分离,再利用铜试剂(DDTC)标准溶液对富集渣中汞进行滴定反应。根据反应计量数计算出污酸中汞的含量。该方法做了大量的条件优化试验以及方法的加标回收率和相对标准偏差试验,结果显示可以满足污酸中汞的准确、快速测定。This paper provided a method for the analysis of mercury content about the polluted acid of the zinc hydrometallurgy system in Chengzhou zinc smelting plant.Under the optimal process conditions,using the precipitator sodium sulfide to precipitate mercury ions to form the mercury enrichment slag,which is separated from other interfering metal elements,then the standard solution of copper reagent was used to titrate the mercury in enriched residue.The mercury content in the pollution of acid was calculated based on the reaction measurements.This method have been carried out of more condition optimization tests and standard recovery and relative standard deviation tests,and the results show that the method can meet the accurate and rapid determination of mercury in sewage acid.
