摘  要:针对乡村生活污水中溶解性有机物(DOM)污染问题,为有效识别乡村生活污水的有机物组分,解析其转化规律,采用填料型A1/O1/A2/O2+垂直潜流式人工湿地(VFCW)组合工艺进行处理试验,考察了水力停留时间(HRT)对COD、氨氮、TN和TP的去除效果,并对各单元进出水DOM进行三维荧光光谱解析。结果表明,当组合工艺装置进水流量为1.30 L/h(即填料型A1/O1/A2/O2、VFCW的HRT分别为10.0、110.4 h)时,组合工艺对COD、氨氮、TN和TP的平均去除率分别为83.69%、98.09%、91.27%、96.15%,均达到了《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)一级A标准(COD、氨氮、TN、TP限值分别为50、5、15、0.5 mg/L)。三维荧光光谱解析表明,填料型A1/O1/A2/O2+VFCW对污水中的DOM去除效果较好,对其中的酪氨酸等类蛋白质、色氨酸等类蛋白质、富里酸类物质、溶解性微生物代谢产物和胡敏酸类物质去除率分别为86.83%、73.32%、42.66%、55.26%、43.25%,其中对芳香类蛋白质(酪氨酸和色氨酸等类蛋白质)去除效果最好。积分标准体积与254 nm处紫外吸光度(UV_(254))有较好的线性关系(R^(2)=0.94)。各单元对DOM都有一定的去除效果,其中厌氧、缺氧阶段对污染物去除贡献较小,好氧阶段及VFCW贡献较大。Aiming at the problem of dissolved organic matter(DOM)pollution in rural domestic sewage,in order to effectively identify the organic components of rural domestic sewage and analyze its transformation law,the combined process of filler A1/O1/A2/O2+vertical subsurface flow constructed wetland(VFCW)was used for treatment test.The removal effects of hydraulic retention time(HRT)on COD,ammonia nitrogen,TN and TP were investigated,the three-dimensional fluorescence spectrum analysis of DOM in and out of each reaction unit was also carried out.The results showed that when the inlet flow rate of the combined process plant was 1.30 L/h(HRT of A1/O1/A2/O2,VFCW were 10.0,110.4 h),the combined process had a high efficiency of pollutant removal,the average removal rates of COD,ammonia nitrogen,TN and TP were 83.69%,98.09%,91.27%and 96.15%,respectively.And the effluent concentration satisfied Grade 1A of“Discharge standard of pollutants for municipal wastewater treatment plant”(GB 18918-2002)(limit values were 50,5,15,0.5 mg/L).Three dimensional fluorescence spectrum analysis showed that filler A1/O1/A2/O2+VFCW device had better removal effect on DOM in water,the removal rates of tyramine protein,tryptophan protein,fulvic acid,soluble microbial metabolites and humic acid in raw water by the combined process were 86.83%,73.32%,42.66%,55.26%,43.25%,respectively.Among them,aromatic protein(tyrosine protein and tryptophan protein)had the best removal effect.There was a good linear relationship between the total fluorescence standard volume and UV_(254)(R^(2)=0.94).Each biological treatment unit had a certain removal effect on DOM,among which anaerobic and anoxic units contributed less to pollutant removal,while aerobic unit and VFCW contributed more.
