摘 要:对春50、排2-400及春110E三个区块目的层岩样测试表明,春光油田不同区块地应力差别较大,同一区块隔层地应力大于油层地应力;确定挤压充填防砂安全施工压力,以不高于地层的破裂压力为限,也以不高于固井界面的剪切强度为限,应选择这两个限制的最小值作为挤压充填施工压力的上限;利用排2-400井区的岩芯测试数据和排2-4井的井筒数据等,进行了排2-4井挤压充填防砂施工压力预测,该井最优施工压力20.68 MPa,与实际施工压力21 MPa接近。When the oil layer is thin and close to the upper and lower water layers,both the formation fracture pressure and the shear resistance of the cementing interface should be considered in the design of sand control by squeeze packing,and the minimum failure pressure difference between them should be selected as the upper limit of the design of construction pressure.Rock fracture pressure is closely related to tensile strength,compressive strength and in-situ stress of rock.According to the test data of compressive strength,tensile strength and in-situ stress of rock,the elastic modulus and in-situ stress gradient of formation rock can be calculated.The test results of target rock samples in Chun 50,Pai 2-400 and Chun 110e blocks show that the in-situ stress is different in different blocks of Chunguang oilfield in the same block,and the in-situ stress of the interlayer is greater than that of the reservoir.To determine the safe operation pressure of sand control by squeezing filling,the minimum value of these two limits should be selected as the upper limit of the construction pressure of squeezing filling,and the core test data of Pai 2-400 well block and the wellbore data of Pai 2-4 well block should be used.The optimal construction pressure of Pai 2-4 well is 20.68 MPa,which is close to the actual construction pressure of 21 MPa.
