摘 要:随着聚合物材料在载药超声造影剂制备中的应用,造影剂壳体厚度显著增加。早期超声造影剂的力学模型通常假定壳体材料体积不可压缩,其振动行为通过Rayleigh-Plesset类型方程描述,这些方程不适用于聚合物载药超声造影剂的情况。因此引入Kelvin黏弹性本构关系,建立了聚合物载药超声造影剂及其周围流体的非线性振动模型,并给出了各次谐波响应的解析解。算例结果表明,该模型能够有效地描述超声造影剂的非线性振动行为,并体现聚合物壳体材料体积可压缩性对载药超声造影剂非线性振动的影响。The shell thickness of the contrast agents increases significantly after polymer has been applied in the preparation of the ultrasound contrast agents(UCAs)for drug delivery.It is usually assumed that the volume of the shell materials is incompressible in the models for the UCAs used in early generation,of which the vibrations are described by Rayleigh-Plesset-type equations.These equations are no more valid for the polymer UCAs designed and used as drug carriers.Therefore Kelvin viscoelastic constitutive model is introduced,and a nonlinear vibration model for the polymer UCA as drug carrier and its surrounding fluid is established,and then the analytical solution for the various harmonic responses is given.The results from the example computations show that the established model can effectively describe the nonlinear vibration behavior of the polymer UCAs,and can reflect the influence of volume compressibility of the polymer shell materials on the nonlinear vibrations of the UCAs as drug carriers.
