摘  要:针对人工自填数据存在虚假隐患,以及传统申报方式效率低、工作量大等问题,提出基于北斗卫星导航系统(简称北斗系统)(BeiDou Navigation Satellite System,BDS)定位的机械作业补贴方案,并设计APP数据采集移动端和PC后台审核管理端的服务模式。利用BDS定位技术,可在机械作业时完成地块坐标点获取、作业轨迹图生成、作业面积计算等操作,克服了传统人工测量的局限性。将该系统在广西区内糖料蔗补贴项目中进行示范,运行后有效提升了补贴申报的效率,减少了劳动力成本,创新了机械作业补贴模式。To solve the problems of hidden dangers of manual self-filling data and the low efficiency and heavy workload of traditional declaration methods for subsidy,a mechanical operation subsidy declaration scheme based on BeiDou Navigation Satellite System(BDS)positioning is proposed.A service mode with an App data collection mobile terminal and a PC background audit management terminal was designed for declaration for subsidy of sugarcane mechanical operation.In this service mode operations such as collecting plot coordinate points,generating work trajectory graphs,and calculating work area were completed by using BDS positioning technology during mechanical work,which overcomes the limitations of traditional manual measurement.This service mode was demonstrated in the sugarcane subsidy project in Guangxi,and it effectively improved the efficiency of subsidy declaration,reduced labor costs and innovated the model for declaration for sugarcane mechanical operation subsidy.
