摘　　要：抗肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)-α单克隆抗体(单抗)可用于儿童克罗恩病的诱导和维持缓解治疗,但目前国内尚缺乏抗TNF-α单抗治疗儿童克罗恩病的共识或指南,国内炎症性肠病领域的儿科专家借鉴国外最新指南以及国内抗TNF-α单抗治疗儿童克罗恩病的临床研究,特制定本共识,以进一步规范抗TNF-α单抗在儿童克罗恩病的治疗,为儿童克罗恩病的临床管理提供指导性意见。Anti-tumor necrosis factor(TNF)-αmonoclonal has been used to induce and maintain remission in pediatric Crohn′s disease.However,there is no consensus or guidelines on the management of pediatric Crohn′s disease with anti-TNF-αtherapy in China.Chinese pediatric inflammatory bowel disease experts combined the latest foreign guidelines and Chinese clinical research on anti-TNF-αin children to formulate this consensus in order to further standardize the management of pediatric Crohn′s disease with anti-TNF-αtherapy and guide for the clinical management of pediatric Crohn′s disease.
