摘 要:高速公路服务区产生的污水比较分散,远离市区,一般无法直接接入到市政污水管网,如果不经处理排放则会影响周边的河流等水体。利用一株细菌强化服务区生活污水中磷的去除,探究不同温度、pH、C/N下该菌株除磷的适宜环境条件以及菌体中磷的形态,结果表明:该菌株能在温度为5℃~35℃、pH为6~9、C/N>10的污水中有较高的生物量,除磷效率高达80%以上;且菌体内磷的形态主要以可生物利用的有机磷和非磷灰石状态无机磷存在,其占比高达99%,因此该菌株为高速公路服务区生活污水中磷的高效去除以及磷的回收提供了新思路,为实际工程应用提供重要的理论支撑。Being far from the urban area, the untreated sewage came form the expressway service area would impact surrounding water environment. In this paper, a bacteria strain was used to enhance the phosphorus removal from the sanitary sewage in the expressway service area. The appropriate environmental conditions for phosphorus removal and the form of phosphorus in the bacteria were studied. The results showed that, in the sewage with temperature of 5 ℃ to 35 ℃, pH of 6-9, and C/N>10, the bacteria strain had high biomass, and the efficiency of phosphorus removal was higher than 80%. The form of phosphorus in the bacteria was mainly bioavailable organic phosphorus and non-apatite inorganic phosphorus, with the proportion of 99%. The bacteria strain provides an efficient way to remove and recycle the phosphorus from sanitary sewage in the expressway service area, which can be important theoretical support for practical engineering applications.
