摘　　要：超白太阳能玻璃较普通玻璃窑炉使用年限相对缩短,究其原因为窑炉池壁侵蚀严重,直接危及到窑炉运行安全。通过探索分析其加剧侵蚀原因及运行实践应对经验,为延长超白玻璃窑炉使用寿命提供借鉴与参考。Compared with common glass furnace,the service life of ultra-clear solar glass furnace is relatively shorter.The reason is that the erosion of the furnace wall is serious,which directly endangers the operation safety of the furnace.On the basis of exploration and analysis of the reasons for the intensifying erosion and the experience of operation practice,this article provides reference for prolonging the service life of ultra-clear glass furnace.
