摘　　要：中国特色社会主义制度之基的确立,大体经历了三个时期:中国资产阶级民主制度的行不通、新民主主义制度形态的逻辑演进,为中国社会主义制度的建立提供了充分的政治缘由和历史根据;中国社会主义基本制度是党和人民在相继取得新民主主义革命、社会主义革命和建设伟大胜利的基础上创立的;中国特色社会主义制度的创新发展,是中国特色社会主义在制度上的集中体现,充分展示了这一制度的特色与优势。深入理解和把握中国特色社会主义进入新时代的制度之基,具有重要的价值和意义。The establishment of the foundation of the socialist system with Chinese characteristics has broadly gone through three periods:the unworkability of the Chinese bourgeois democratic system and the logical evolution of the new democratic system form,which provided sufficient political reasons and historical basis for the establishment of the Chinese socialist system;the basic socialist system of China was created and developed by the Party and the people on the basis of the successive great victories of the new democratic revolution and the socialist revolution and construction.The innovation and development of the system of socialism with Chinese characteristics is a concentrated embodiment of the innovation of the road,theory and culture of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the system,and fully demonstrates the characteristics and advantages of the system of socialism with Chinese characteristics.It is of great value and significance to deeply understand and grasp the foundation of the system of socialism with Chinese characteristics into the new era.
