经腹联合经阴道彩超加双合诊检查在剖宫产术后子宫瘢痕妊娠中的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨经腹联合经阴道彩超+双合诊检查在剖宫产术后子宫瘢痕妊娠(cesarean scar pregnancy,CSP)中的诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析2017—2019年在汕头大学医学院第一附属医院确诊的60例CSP患者的临床资料。结果:经腹联合经阴道彩超检查对早孕期较小妊娠囊或包块显示更清晰,与瘢痕界限关系相对易观察,且能较清晰显示着床部位血流情况。经腹联合经阴道彩超加双合诊检查诊断符合率75%,单纯经腹彩超检查诊断符合率40%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:经腹联合经阴道彩超+双合诊检查在CSP的诊断及后续治疗评估中具有一定的临床参考价值。Objective:To investigate the diagnostic value of transabdominal combined transvaginal color ultrasound and dual diagnosis in cesarean scar pregnancy(CSP).Methods:The clinical data of 60 patients with CSP diagnosed in the First Affiliated Hospital of Shantou University Medical College from 2017 to 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.Results:The transabdominal combined transvaginal ultrasonography showed the small gestational sac or mass more clearly in early pregnancy,and the relationship with scar boundary was relatively easy to observe,and the blood flow at the implantation site could be clearly displayed.The diagnostic coincidence rate of transabdominal combined transvaginal ultrasonography together with dual examination was 75%,and that of transabdominal ultrasonography alone was 40%,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Transabdominal combined vaginal ultrasonography and dual examination has certain clinical reference value in the diagnosis and subsequent treatment evaluation of CSP.
