摘  要:随着国家环保政策强化,人们环保意识增强,铜冶炼行业积极响应和拥护"绿水、青山就是金山银山"的生态文明建设,大力发展绿色循环经济。针对铜冶炼制酸过程中的副产品石膏的循环利用进行理论及试验研究。研究了石膏高温分解代替生石灰粉作为闪速吹炼炉的造渣熔剂的可行性和优势、对可能出现的问题提出解决方案,并提出了实施方案,对应用前景进行了展望。With the strengthening of national environmental protection policy and people's awareness of environmental protection,copper smelting industry actively responds to and supports the ecological civilization construction of"Lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets",and vigorously develops green circular economy.Theoretical and experimental studies on the recycling of gypsum,a by-product of copper smelting and acid making process,are carried out.The feasibility and advantages of replacing quick lime powder with gypsum high temperature decomposition as slag flux for flash converting furnace were studied.The solutions to the possible problems were put forward,and the implementation scheme was put forward.The application prospect was prospected.
