摘　　要：祥光铜业于2019年4月对熔炼炉进行了为期55天的冷修工作,结合自投产以来的炉体耐火材料损耗情况,考虑炉底粘接拆除的难度及困难点,经过半年多的准备及多次试验,最后采用定向爆破法对炉体耐火砖进行拆除。经过实践,该方案不仅有效减少了炉体拆除时间,确保了熔炼炉的检修工期,同时也奠定了祥光铜业在国内铜冶炼行业熔炼炉爆破式拆除的基础地位。In April 2019,Xiangguang Copper Industry carried out a 55-day cold repair work on the smelting furnace.Considering the refractory loss of furnace body furnace since its commissioning,considering the difficulty of the bottom bonding demolition,after more than half a year of preparation and many experiments,the directional blasting method was used to demolish the refractory brick of the furnace body.Through practice,the scheme not only effectively reduces the time of furnace demolition and ensures the maintenance period of smelting furnace,but also establishes the fundamental position of blasting demolition of smelting furnace in domestic copper smelting industry.
