摘　　要：介绍了密闭式矿热炉尾气收集输送缓存系统安全操作与运行。通过除尘净化后得到净煤气,然后进行加压、输送入煤气柜进行稳压、缓冲,得到相对压力稳定的气源。各单位可根据自身的生产工艺条件,作为清洁的生产燃料,不但达到环保要求,更能降低企业的生产成本,增加经济效益。The paper mainly introduces the safe operation of tail gas collection,transportation and buffer system of closed submerged arc furnace.Clean gas is obtained after dust removal and purification,and then the purified gas is pressurized and transported into the gas holder for pressure stabilization and buffering.The gas source with relatively stable pressure can be obtained.Each unit can use it as clean production fuel according to its own production process and conditions,which not only meets the environmental protection requirements,but also reduces the production cost of enterprises and increases economic benefits.
