摘　　要：通过对郊区大盘居住地块城市设计项目进行分析,总结此类型城市设计项目编制过程中的难点,再从居住地块对自身服务功能和外部服务功能两个方面考虑,提炼出郊区大盘居住地块城市设计项目的构思重点。Based on the analysis of urban design projects of suburban residential land,this paper summarizes the difficulties in the preparation of this type of urban design projects,and then refines the key ideas of urban design projects of suburban residential land from two aspects of its own service function and external service function.
