综合管廊特殊节点及特殊断面处置的探讨

摘　　要：在综合管廊工程的实践过程中,外部条件良好的综合管廊各种节点都是常规设置,但是不同项目的外部条件存在差异,介绍了几种外部条件苛刻的节点情况。为满足《城市综合管廊工程技术规范》的要求,研究了几种特殊节点的设置方法及使用的注意事项,常开式防火门需要防火门释放执行机构,并且考虑不能连续设置;特殊通风井应采用竖向式机械通风或者混合式机械通风;专用逃生口建议严格按照不大于200 m设置一处,其口部应设置在绿化岛或人行道处;特殊投料口应考虑物料的运输,必要时需增设吊装设备;双层断面的综合管廊对于处理某些特殊情况具有一定的借鉴意义,但应考虑结合实践中各种问题,并提出解决办法。In the practice of utility tunnel engineering,all kinds of nodes of utility tunnel with good external conditions are conventional settings.But the external conditions of different projects are different.This paper introduces several nodes with harsh external conditions.In order to meet the requirements of Technical Technical Code for Urban Utility Tunnel Engineering,the setting methods and precautions of several special joints are studied.The normally open fire door needs fire door release actuator and cannot be set continuously.The special ventilation shaft should adopt vertical mechanical ventilation or hybrid mechanical ventilation.The special escape exit should be set in strict accordance with no more than 200 m.The entrance should be set at the green island or sidewalk.The transportation of materials should be considered at the special feeding entrance,and hoisting equipment should be added when necessary.The comprehensive pipe gallery with double cross section has certain reference significance for dealing with some special situations,but it should consider various problems in practice and put forward solutions.
