摘 要:采用基于粒子群算法改进的蚁群算法进行了浮吊起重机吊高与跨距参数优化,以起吊时吊臂主弦杆正应力最小为优化目标,以吊臂长度、高度和吊臂的仰角为设计变量,以应力、位移、高度为约束条件,给出了吊臂长度、截面高度、主弦杆尺寸等初步优化结果,并校核了各起吊工况的被吊物与吊臂间隙,给出吊高与跨距关系曲线。In this paper,the improved ant colony algorithm based on Particle Swarm Optimization(PSO)is used to optimize the height and span parameters of floating crane.The optimization objective is to minimize the normal stress of the main chord of the boom when lifting.The length,height and elevation of the boom are taken as design variables,and the stress,displacement and height are taken as constraints.The preliminary optimization results of the boom length,section height and main chord size are given.The clearance between the object and the boom under each lifting condition is checked,and the relationship curve between the lifting height and the span is given.
