摘 要:灌浆作为抽水蓄能电站建设中尤为重要的一项技术,其灌浆质量评价是工程建设中面临的重要科学难题,合理有效的灌浆质量评价对保障工程安全具有重要的意义。目前,灌浆质量评价的研究未考虑评价过程中的不确定性,且缺乏多指标综合分析。针对上述问题,提出基于AHP-可变模糊集的灌浆质量综合评价方法。首先,系统分析影响灌浆质量的相关因素,将灌浆质量综合评价分为灌前可灌性评价、设计及施工合理性评价和灌后质量评价3部分;然后,选取岩体属性、浆液性质、设计参数、施工参数、浆液压力、渗透性、密实性、耐久性等8个指标以构建评级指标体系;其次,基于AHP方法求取指标体系的各指标权重;再次,考虑灌浆质量综合评价中的不确定性,利用可变模糊集理论,建立评价等级与评价指标之间的不确定映射;最后,将基于AHP-可变模糊集的综合评价方法应用于荒沟抽水蓄能电站灌浆工程中,为灌浆质量综合评价提供了一种新的思路。Grouting is a particularly important technology in the construction of civil engineering and water conservancy projects.The quality of grouting is an important scientific issue commonly faced in the course of engineering construction and safe operation.The Scientific and reasonable evaluation of the grouting quality is of important theoretical and engineering significance for ensuring engineering safety.At present,the research involving grouting quality evaluation lacks analysis under multiple influencing factors,and fails to consider the uncertainty in the evaluation process.Aiming at the above problems,a comprehensive evaluation method of rock grouting quality based on AHP-variable fuzzy set is proposed.First,in the systematic analysis of the related factors affecting grouting quality,the comprehensive evaluation of grouting quality is divided into three parts:pre-grouting grouting ability evaluation,design and construction rationality evaluation,and post-grouting quality evaluation;Second,indexes such as rock mass attributes and slurry nature,design parameters,construction parameters,grout pressure,penetrability,compactness and durability are selected to construct a rating index system;third,the importance of each evaluation factor is determined based on the AHP method,and its weight is given;Forth,The variable fuzzy set considers the random and fuzzy characteristics in the comprehensive evaluation of the grouting quality,and establishes the uncertainty mapping between the evaluation grade and the evaluation index;finally,the comprehensive evaluation method based on the multi-layer fuzzy RES-variable fuzzy set is applied in a domestic pumped-storage power station project,and the results show that this method has high accuracy and reliability,and provides a new idea for comprehensive evaluation of grouting quality.
