摘　　要：数字化是建筑行业发展的时代要求,建立基于BIM的工程建管大数据,实现建管方式数字化转型是工程建设行业的必然出路。深圳市建筑工务署基于政府公共工程建设管理现状,探索基于BIM的工程项目建管数字化转型道路,建立基于BIM的工程全过程建管大数据,逐步实现工务署工程建管的数字化转型。通过数字化转型,推动工务署工程建管方式由制度、经验管理向数据管理的转变、由定性向定量的转变、由粗放向精细的转变。Digitization is times requirement for development of the construction industry.It is the inevitable way for construction industry to establish BIM based big data and realize digital transformation of construction and management mode.Based on the current construction and management situation of government public works,Public Works Bureau of Shenzhen Municipality explores the digital transformation road of construction management,establishes BIM based big data of whole construction process,and promotes the digital transformation of government public works.The digital transformation will promote the transformation of engineering construction and management mode from qualitative to quantitative,from extensive to intensive.
