摘　　要：在建筑领域,自模块化概念诞生起,对于建筑的设计与建造产生了直接的影响。在当前社会的发展中,能源、环境、土地已成为制约建筑业发展的主要因素,而模块化建筑的应用,使建筑发展有了新的驱动力,伴随着模块化的发展,建筑营造有了新方式。In the field of architecture,the concept of modularization has direct impact on the design and construction of buildings.At the current social development,energy,environment and land have become the main factors restricting the development of the construction industry,while the application of modular building has a new driving force for building development.Along with the development of modularization,building construction has embraced a new way.
