摘　　要：目的:研究一种免洗泡沫手消毒液的杀菌效果及安全性。方法:采用悬液定量杀菌试验、手消毒现场试验以及动物毒性试验方法对该消毒液的杀菌效果及相关性能进行观察。结果:该复方手消毒液原液杀菌效果显著,毒理学试验结果均为阴性。结论:该免洗泡沫手消毒液安全、高效、低毒,适用于手部皮肤的消毒。Objective: To understand the disinfection efficacy and safety of a disposable foaming hands-washing-free disinfectant. Methods: The suspension quantitative bactericidal test, the hand skin field test and animal toxicity experiments were used to experimentally observe the germicidal effect and related properties of this hand sanitizer. Results: The compound disinfectant stock solution has a significant germicidal effect, and the results of the toxicology tests were negative Conclusion: The disposable foaming hands-washing-free disinfectant has characteristics of high safety, high efficacy and low toxicity, and can be used for disinfection of hand skin.
