摘 要:目的:研究南海北部湾油气田开发工程生态修复增殖放流效果,为海洋生态修复保护提供依据。方法:基于线粒体DNA控制区序列比较分析南海北部湾油气田开发工程生态修复增殖放流的真鲷放流群体和回捕群体。结果:线粒体控制区序列比较分析显示,放流群体200尾个体和回捕群体155尾个体共得到114个单倍型,其中放流群体29个单倍型,回捕群体106个单倍型;放流群体与共享群体共享21个单倍型,包括41尾回捕个体,占比26.45%。结论:本研究基于线粒体DNA控制区序列比较分析南海北部湾油气田开发工程生态修复增殖放流的真鲷回捕率为26.45%。回捕群体的单倍型数量高于放流群体,这与放流群体苗种繁育过程中遗传多样性变低有关。Objective: To study the effect of reproduction and release for ecological restoration of offshore oil and gas field development project in Beibu Gulf of South China Sea, provide basis for marine ecological restoration and pretection. Methods: The released and recaptured populations of Pagrus major from the ecological restoration of offshore oil and gas field development project in Beibu Gulf of South China Sea were analyzed based on mitochondrial DNA control region sequences. Results: Comparative analysis of mitochondrial DNA control region sequences showed that 114 haplotypes were obtained from 200 individuals in the released population and 155 individuals in the recaptured population, including 29 haplotypes in the released population and 106 haplotypes in the recaptured population;21 haplotypes were shared between the released population and the shared population, including 41 individuals in the recaptured population, which accounting for 26.45 %. Conclusion: Based on the comparative analysis of mitochondrial DNA control region sequences, the recapture rate of Pagrus major released from the ecological restoration of offshore oil and gas field development project in Beibu Gulf of South China Sea is 26.45 %. While the haplotype number of recaptured population is higher than that of released population, which is related to the decrease of genetic diversity in the process of seedling breeding of released population.
