摘　　要：本文以高弹涤纶假捻变形丝生产中工艺调整与原丝质量因素分析,对DTY成品质量的影响,着重分析原料部分和假捻变形工艺部分,包括原丝强伸度、条干均匀度、原丝油剂,假捻变形工艺中牵伸比及速度、热箱温度、K值以及D/Y比等,并分析其中关系与相应工艺范围,分析表明由于假捻变形过程中工艺要求较高,原丝物性以及假捻变形工艺都要有合适的调整工序,以确保最终产品符合要求。This article analyzes the process adjustment and raw yarn quality factors in the production of high-elastic polyester false-twist textured yarn. The impact on the quality of DTY finished products, focusing on the analysis of raw materials and false twist texturing process. Including raw yarn strength and elongation, evenness of raw yarn, raw silk oil, drafting ratio and speed in false twist texturing process, hot box temperature, K value and D/Y ratio, etc. And analyze the relationship and the corresponding process range. The analysis shows that due to the high process requirements in the process of false twisting, the physical properties of the raw yarn and the false twisting process must have appropriate adjustment procedures to ensure that the final product meets the requirements.
