摘 要:为了实现农作物秸秆资源的高效利用和生物质能源的高效转化,文章先通过实验装置确定水稻秸秆预处理和厌氧发酵的较优工艺,再通过理论计算和Aspen模拟确定甲烷产量和发酵罐、吸收塔等关键设备的工艺尺寸,最后结合控制方法确定工艺流程,设计了一套农作物秸秆厌氧发酵产甲烷的装置。本装置比常规厌氧发酵产气装置更加优质高效,且为秸秆厌氧发酵工艺参数的优化提供一定的理论参考,实现了厌氧发酵工艺从实验室规模到工业化规模的跨越式发展。In order to realize the efficient utilization of crop straw resources and the efficient conversion of biomass energy, the paper first determines the superior process of rice straw pre-treatment and anaerobic fermentation through experimental device, then determines the process size of methane yield and key equipment such as fermentation tanks and absorption towers through theoretical calculation and Aspen simulation, and finally determines the process process by combining control methods, and designs a set of methane-producing devices for anaerobic fermentation of crop straw. This device is more high-quality and efficient than conventional anaerobic fermentation gas production device, and provides a certain theoretical reference for the optimization of the parameters of straw anaerobic fermentation process, and realizes the leaping development of anaerobic fermentation process from laboratory scale to industrial scale.
