摘　　要：阐述了危险废物废液罐区工艺设计的处理对象特点、工艺设计重点,结合HAZOP分析的目的、典型事故后果、事故风险等级,参数和引导词的选取原则,并运用该方法对危险废物焚烧工程中的废液罐区进行了实例分析,通过辨识设计隐患,增加改进措施,可及时优化工艺设计,提升工艺系统的安全性,为HAZOP分析在危险废物焚烧工程中的应用提供借鉴。This paper describes the characteristics of the treatment object and the key points of the process design of the hazardous waste liquid tank farm.Combined with the purpose of HAZOP analysis, the typical accident consequence, the accident risk level, and the selection principle of parameters and guide words,this method is used to analyze the waste liquid tank farm in the hazardous waste incineration project. By identifying the hidden dangers in the design and adding improvement measures, it can be optimized in time Process design can improve the safety of the process system, and provide reference for the application of HAZOP Analysis in hazardous waste incineration project.
