摘 要:本文采用分光光度法对硫酸卡那霉素与二价铜离子结合形成的铜(П)-卡那霉素络合物的显色反应进行了定量分析。结果表明,CuSO_(4)浓度为0.050 g/L时,硫酸卡那霉素的浓度在0.010~0.360 g/L范围内与吸光度呈良好的线性关系,线性相关系数为0.9994,检出限为0.523 mg/L,加标回收率为98.7%~99.6%。将该方法用于介孔二氧化硅包覆金纳米棒结构吸附卡那霉素含量的测定,显示出良好的适用性。In this paper, the color reaction of copper(П)-kanamycin complex formed by the combination of kanamycin sulfate and Cu^(2+) was quantitatively analyzed by spectrophotometry. The experimental results show that there was a good linear relationship between kanamycin sulfate concentration and absorbance in the range of 0.050~0.400 g/L when CuSO_(4) concentration was 0.050 g/L, the linear correlation coefficient was 0.9994, the detection limit was 0.523 mg/L, and the recovery was 98.7 %~99.6 %. The method was applied to the determination of kanamycin content in gold nanorods coated with mesoporous silica, and showed good applicability.
