摘  要:目的:测定不同月份短柄五加叶中总黄酮的含量,研究短柄五加叶中总黄酮含量随季节的变化规律。方法:单因素试验筛选供试品的制备方法,以紫外分光光度法测定总黄酮含量。结果:短柄五加叶中总黄酮在0.1592~0.9554mg范围内与吸光度呈良好的线性关系,y=0.4723x-0.0146,R2=0.9997,平均回收率为97.43%。4~10月份采收的短柄五加叶中总黄酮分别为:48.03 mg·g^(-1)、58.20 mg·g^(-1)、53.35 mg·g^(-1)、47.61 mg·g^(-1)、42.12 mg·g^(-1)、35.63 mg·g^(-1)、22.09 mg·g^(-1)。结论:5~6月份采集的短柄五加叶中总黄酮含量最高,9月份以后总黄酮含量急剧下降,短柄五加叶的最佳采收季节为5-6月份。Objective:To determin the total flavonoids in Acanthopanax brachypus Harms leaves in different months, and study the seasonal variation of the content of total flavonoids in Acanthopanax brachypus Harms. Methods: Single factor test was used to screen the preparation method of the test sample, and the content of total flavonoids was determined by UV spectrophotometry. Results: There is a good linerarity in the range of total flavonoids in Acanthopanax brachypus Harms leaves was 0.1592~0.9554 mg, y=0.4723 x-0.0146, R2=0.9997, and the average recovery rates was 97.43 %. The total flavonoids in Acanthopanax brachypus Harms leaves collected from April to October were 48.03 mg·g^(-1), 58.20 mg·g^(-1), 53.35 mg·g^(-1), 47.61 mg·g^(-1), 42.12 mg·g^(-1), 35.63 mg·g^(-1), 22.09 mg·g^(-1).Conclusion: The content of total flavonoids in the leaves of Acanthopanax brachypus Harms collected from May to June is the highest, and the content of total flavonoids decreased sharply after September, so May and June is the best harvest season for the leaves of Acanthopanax brachypus Harms.
