基于加速康复外科的多学科协作康复护理在自然腔道内镜手术中的应用效果研究

摘　　要：目的探讨经自然腔道单孔腹腔镜手术的患者在手术及整个住院期间的护理方法。方法选择2019年7月—2020年11月在本院实施经自然腔道单孔腹腔镜手术的患者83例作为研究对象,随机数表法分为对照组(41例)和观察组(42例)两组。在手术及整个住院期间,观察组结合术式特点,实施快速康复理念指导的多学科合作护理,对照组实施传统常规护理。比较两组焦虑程度、并发症发生率及预后满意度。结果观察组SAS评分低(P<0.05),并发症发生率低(P<0.05),满意度高(P<0.05)。结论观察组护理模式可以降低应激反应,减少并发症,提高患者对住院经历的满意度,能够更好的实现自然腔道路径单孔腹腔镜手术康复快、预后生活质量高的优势。Objective To explore the nursing methods during surgery and the hospitalization for patients underwent natural orifice transluminal endoscopic surgery(NOTES).Methods A total of 83 cases those received NOTES in our hospital from July 2019 to November 2020 were enrolled as study subjects and they were randomly divided into control group(41)and observation group(42).During the perioperative period and the whole hospitalization,the observation group received multidisciplinary cooperative nursing guided by the principles of enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS),while the control group received conventional nursing.The degree of anxiety,the incidence of complication and satisfaction grades on prognosis of the two groups were compared.Results The observation group had low SAS score(P<0.05),low incidence of complications(P<0.05),and high satisfaction(P<0.05).Conclusions The nursing model in the observation group reduces the stress response caused by anxiety before the operation,reduced the occurrence of complications,and improved the satisfaction of the patients on the hospitalization experience.This nursing model could help patients achieve rapid recovery and improve the quality of life after natural orifice transluminal endoscopic surgery.
