摘 要:对钢铁企业的用电电费进行了细化分解,分析出降低企业用电成本的几种途径,并针对每种方法分析出企业应采取的“削峰填谷”用电、“增峰降谷”发电等措施和方法,统筹各产线生产运行方式、优化发用电负荷峰谷时间差的分配、平衡与管理,优化调荷提高变压器的负荷率,并利用大型同步机、集中补偿电容器等综合调控各变电站的功率因数,在保证整个电力系统供电可靠性的同时,综合降低企业的用电成本,做到发用电系统的效益最大化。In this paper,the electricity charge of steel enterprises is decomposed in detail,and several ways to reduce the electricity cost of enterprises are analyzed.According to each method,the measures and methods that enterprises should adopt are analyzed,such as“cutting peak and filling valley”power consumption,“increasing peak and reducing valley”power generation,etc.Optimizing the load adjustment,improving the load rate of transformer and using large synchronous machine and centralized compensation capacitor to comprehensively control the power factor of each substation,so as to comprehensively reduce the power cost of enterprises and maximize the benefits of power generation and consumption system while ensure the reliability of power supply of the whole power system.
