摘 要:某公司转煤回收通过转炉控制室和三加压之间、钢厂调整组与动力调度之间联系,在炼钢转炉作业时,经常由于信息不及时,导致动力调度对转煤的回收量、回收时间估计不足,造成柜满放散或转煤用户限量停产。针对上述问题,提出了改进措施,基本解决了如何掌握转炉煤气何时有回收、能回收多少、冶炼不同的钢种所产生的煤气量有何不同等问题,优化了转炉煤气的在线平衡,提高了调度员工作效率,提高了转炉煤气的回收和利用,降低了吨钢综合能耗。The coal recovery of a company is carried out through combined work of the converter control room and the three pressurization units,and between the steel plant adjustment group and the power dispatching office.During the operation of the steelmaking converter,the power dispatching often underestimates the coal recovery amount and time due to untimely information,resulting in release of full gasholder or limited usage and even shutdown of the coal users.In view of the above problems,improvement measures were put forward,which basically solved the problems of to grasping the amount and time of converter gas recovery,as well as the different amount of gas produced by smelting different steel grades.The online balance of converter gas is optimized,the work efficiency of dispatchers is improved,the recovery and utilization of converter gas is improved,and the comprehensive energy consumption per ton of steel is reduced.
