摘  要:介绍了一种简单、高效的浓缩装置;即利用乙炔与氧的沸点差,将样品中的液氧蒸发掉,而乙炔冷凝至盘铜蛇形管中;然后复热,使乙炔重新气化。为验证该法的浓缩倍率及浓缩效率,进行了标准气体与样气试验,最终获得了该法的浓缩倍率及浓缩效率。当制取1000 mL液氧时,可使得盘铜蛇形管中的乙炔浓度比原样品中扩大了500~1000倍,完全满足国标GB/T 28125.1-2011对乙炔测量仪器检限的要求。A simple and efficient concentration device is introduced,in which liquid oxygen in the sample is evaporated by using the boiling point difference between acetylene and oxygen,while acetylene is condensed into a copper coil.Then it is reheated to make acetylene gasify again.In order to verify the concentration ratio and efficiency of the method,standard gas and sample gas tests were carried out,and finally the concentration ratio and efficiency of the method were obtained.When 1000 mL liquid oxygen is produced,the acetylene concentration in the coil copper coil is 500~1000 times bigger than that in the original sample,fully meeting the requirements of the national standard GB/T 28125.1-2011 for the detection limit of acetylene measuring instruments.
