屏式过热器频繁爆管的原因分析及处理措施

摘　　要：介绍了260 t/h高温高压锅炉一个月内接连发生的3起集箱内隔板焊缝开裂、部分过热器管过热爆管事故,对集箱内部的隔板机理进行分析,找出了频繁爆管原因并提出了解决措施。This paper introduces three consecutive accidents of clapboard weld cracking in header and superheated tube explosion in a 260 t/h high temperature and high pressure boiler in one month,analyzes the clapboard mechanism in the header,finds out the causes of frequent tube explosion and puts forward the solutions.
