摘  要:某钢厂135 MW汽轮机组轴系振动故障造成机组无法长周期稳定运行。针对机组转子热弯曲故障,开展了机理分析,确定了转子热弯曲的轴系振动曲线特征,制定了机组启机状态、机组盘车及暖机状态的管控标准和措施。研究结果表明:机组在启机过程中,在盘车时确保转子偏心度变化值小于0.02 mm,再通过5个阶段的升速及充分暖机,确保转子中心温度不低于121℃,可有效避免转子发生热弯曲故障。The vibration fault of the shaft system of a 135 MW steam turbine unit in a steel plant made the unit unable to operate stably for a long period of time.Aiming at the rotor thermal bending fault of the unit,mechanism analysis was carried out,the shafting vibration curve characteristics of the rotor thermal bending were determined,and the control standards and measures for the unit start-up state,unit turning gear and warm-up state were formulated.The research results show that during the start-up of the unit,to ensure the change value of rotor eccentricity less than 0.02 mm when turning,and then through five stages of speed up and sufficient warm-up,ensuring that the rotor center temperature is not less than 121℃can effectively avoid the rotor thermal bending fault.
