摘　　要：超滤是反渗透设备的重要预处理设备,容易出现断丝、截污能力降低情况,结合超滤膜元件断丝统计情况,分析了超滤出现问题的原因,针对性地采取相应措施进行改进,提升其在除盐系统中的重要屏障性能。Ultrafiltration device is an important pretreatment equipment of reverse osmosis unit,which is prone to fiber breakage and decline sewage interception capacity.Based on the statistics of fiber breakage of ultrafiltration membrane elements,the causes of problems in ultrafiltration were analyzed,and corresponding measures were taken to solve it,so as to improve its important barrier performance in the desalination system.
