摘  要:介绍了卷取机侧导板设备功能及控制原理,阐明了侧导板两次短行程的自动控制时序,分析了钢卷头部塔形形成的原因,针对头部塔形形成的主要原因深入分析原设计程序控制逻辑,提出控制优化策略并进行效果验证。通过一系列优化改进,有效保证了带钢在设备中心线上进行卷取,减少了头部塔形钢卷数量,提升了热轧产品质量,取得了显著的经济效益。This paper introduces the function and control principle of the side guides of strip coiler,expounds the automatic control sequence of the two short strokes of the side guides,analyzes the causes of formation of tower shape of the coil head,and deeply analyzes the control logic of the original design program according to the main causes of tower shape formation,puts forward a control optimization strategy and verifies the effect.Through a series of optimization and improvement,the strip coiling on the center line of the equipment has been effectively ensured,the number of tower shaped coils at the head has been reduced,the quality of hot rolled products has been improved,and remarkable use effect and economic benefits are obtained.
