摘 要:目的明确新疆某铁矿采选工程职业病危害因素,评价其职业病危害防护措施及其效果,提出相应的职业病控制措施。方法 2019年6月采用职业卫生现场调查、职业卫生检测和检查表法对该工程职业病危害控制效果进行定性和定量评价。结果新疆某铁矿采选工程存在的主要职业病危害因素为粉尘、一氧化碳、氨、一氧化氮、二氧化氮、二氧化硫、锰及其化合物、噪声和工频电场等。检测结果表明,粉尘浓度范围为0.50~10.00 mg/m³,生产性粉尘岗位检测合格率为88.2%,噪声强度范围为76.60~87.70 dB(A),噪声岗位合格率为72.2%,各种化学毒物浓度、工频电场和手传振动均符合国家职业卫生标准。结论新疆某铁矿采选工程属于职业病危害严重的建设项目,企业采取的职业病危害控制措施切实有效,但仍需加强粉尘和噪声的防护措施。Objective To identify the occupational hazard factors in the mining and beneficiation project of a iron ore in Xinjiang,evaluate the protection measures against occupational hazards and the effect,and propose appropriate occupational control measures. Methods The qualitative and quantitative assessment for the control effect of occupational hazards of this project were conducted with the combination of field occupational health investigation,occupational health detection and checklist method in June 2019. Results The major occupational hazard factors in this project included dust,carbon monoxide,ammonia,nitrogen monoxide,nitrogen dioxide,sulfur dioxide,manganese and inorganic compounds,noise and power frequency electric field. The detection results showed that the dust concentration range was 0.50-10.00 mg/m³,the qualified rate of industrial dust in post detection was 88.2%,the noise intensity range was 76.60-87.70 dB(A),and the qualified rate of noise was 72.2%. The concentrations of toxic chemical substances,and the levels of power frequency electric field and hand-transmitted vibration accorded with the national occupational health standards. Conclusion The mining and beneficiation project of a iron ore in Xinjiang is classified as the project with serious occupational hazards. The control measures of occupational hazards are effective.But the protective measures of dust and noise should be further strengthened.
