摘　　要：目的分析艾滋病自愿咨询检测(VCT)门诊求询人群的艾滋病相关知识水平、态度及性行为等情况,为制定针对该人群预防控制措施提供科学依据。方法对2018年1—12月到上海市黄浦区疾病预防控制中心VCT门诊的求询者进行研究,调查其一般人口学特征、艾滋病相关知识水平及态度、性行为特征,并进行统计分析。结果共回收有效问卷196份,艾滋病知识知晓率为86.7%(170人),85.2%(167人)作出了3题及以上的积极回答,半年内多性伴率为83.7%(164人),商业性行为率为28.1%(55人),患疑似或确诊性病性行为发生率为24.5%(48人),男男性行为率为22.4%(44人)。男男性行为人群与双性性行为人群均表现出较高的艾滋病积极态度。结论黄浦区VCT门诊求询者对艾滋病总体态度较积极,艾滋病防治知识知晓率不高,不安全性行为率较高,应加强对该人群的艾滋病防治教育工作。Objective To analyze the HIV/AIDS-related knowledge,attitude and sexual behavior of outpatients from voluntary counseling and testing(VCT) clinics, provide scientific basis for the development of prevention and control measures for this population. Methods The outpatients visiting the VCT clinic of Shanghai Huangpu District Center for Disease Control and Prevention from January to December,2018 were investigated,to explore their demographic characteristics,and the characteristics of HIV/AIDS-related knowledge,attitude and sexual behaviors,and the data were analyzed statistically. Results Totally 196 valid questionnaires were collected. The awareness rate of HIV/AIDS-related knowledge was 86.7%(170 people),85.2%(167 people)gave three or more positive answers. Within half a year,the rate of multiple sexual partners was 83.7%(164 people),the rate of commercial sexual behavior was 28.1%(55 people),the rate of sexual behavior with suspected or confirmed sexually transmitted diseases was 24.5%(48 people),and the rate of male homosexual behavior was 22.4%(44 people). Both male homosexual and bisexual groups showed a higher positive attitude towards AIDS. Conclusion Among VCT outpatients in Huangpu District,the overall attitude towards HIV/AIDS is positive,the awareness rate of HIV/AIDS prevention knowledge is low,and the rate of highrisk sexual behavior is quite high. It is necessary to strengthen the education of HIV/AIDS prevention and control in this population.
