摘　　要：目的探讨军人群体中自杀意念的发生率及自杀意念的影响因素。方法 2019年6—8月,采用整群抽样法,随机抽取某地现役军人700名,采用自制一般资料调查表、自杀意念量表、90项症状自评量表、抑郁自评量表、心理弹性量表及艾森克人格问卷进行评估,通过t检验、χ2检验及logistic回归分析对数据进行统计分析。结果本研究中军人自杀意念的发生率为4.9%。自杀意念的危险因素包括家族自杀史(OR=6.13,95%CI=2.04~18.38)、负性生活事件(OR=6.35,95%CI=1.89~21.35)、心理健康水平偏低(OR=1.02,95%CI=1.00~1.04)、抑郁(OR=1.08,95%CI=1.05~1.15)和神经质水平偏高(OR=1.20,95%CI=1.08~1.32),保护因素为心理弹性(OR=0.97,95%CI=0.95~1.00)。结论军人自杀意念的发生率低于近年来外军群体的自杀意念发生率,自杀意念的形成是人口学因素及心理学因素等多方面共同作用的结果。Objective To explore the incidence of suicide ideation in military personnel and the influencing factors on suicide ideation. Methods From August to June 2019,a total of 700 soldiers on active service were randomly selected by cluster sampling. The self-designed general information questionnaire,Suicidal Ideation of Self-rating Scale(SIOSS),Symptom Checklist 90(SCL-90),Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS),Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC) and Eysenck Personality Questionnaire(EPQ) were used in evaluation,and the statistical analysis was carried out by t-test,χ2 test and logistic regression analysis. Results The incidence of suicide ideation in investigated soldiers was 4.9%.Family suicide history(OR=6.13,95%CI=2.04-18.38),negative life events(OR =6.35,95% CI =1.89-21. 35), low level of mental healt h(OR =1.02,95% CI =1.00 ~1.04),depression(OR=1.08,95%CI=1.05-1.15) and high level of neuroticism(OR=1.20,95%CI=1.08-1.32) were all risk factors of suicide ideation,and psychological resilience(OR =0.97,95% CI =0.95-1.00) was the protective factor of suicide ideation.Conclusion The incidence of military suicidal ideation is lower than that in foreign troops in recent years. The formation of suicidal ideation is the result of many factors such as demography and psychology.
