摘 要:目的分析西安市放射工作人员结构、从业年限、职称、学历、职业健康档案、个人剂量及培训等基本情况,为合理引进及管理放射工作人员提供参考依据。方法 2019年5—11月采用分层随机抽样方法,对西安市440家放射医疗机构进行调查。并对数据进行分析。结果共纳入放射工作人员3 487人,其中男性2 160人,女性1 327人,年龄为(40.68±11.63)岁,从事放射工作年限为(12±11.41)年。放射工作人员学历为专科和本科学历占大多数,职称主要以初级为主;所学专业主要以临床相关专业及医学影像学为主。不同级别放射诊疗机构放射工作人员职业健康监护档案、放射工作人员证、个人剂量监测、按时健康检查、佩戴双剂量计及按时培训情况比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。三级放射诊疗机构中放射工作人员双剂量计佩戴率、职业健康监护档案建立率、放射工作人员证持有率及按时培训率较高;二级放射诊疗机构中放射工作人员个人剂量监测率和按时健康检查率较高。结论西安市放射工作人员主要以男性为主,高级职称占比较低,有待提高。三级放射诊疗机构放射工作人员在职业健康监护档案、放射工作人员证持有及按时培训和双剂量计佩戴方面较好。应进一步加强各级别放射诊疗机构放射工作人员的管理,加大高学历和专业对口人才的引进。Objective To analyze the structure,working years,professional titles,educational background,occupational health records,personal dose,training and other basic information of radiation workers in Xi’an City,provide a basis for the rational introduction and management of radiation workers. Methods Using stratified random sampling method,440 radiological medical institutions in Xi’an City were investigated from May to November,2019. And the data were analyzed. Results A total of 3 487 radiological workers were included in this survey,among whom 2 160 were males,1 327 were females. The age was(40.68±11.63)years old,and the length of radiological working was(12±11.41)years. A majority of radiation workers had the junior college and bachelor degree,and the professional titles were mainly junior level. The majors were mainly clinical related major and medical imaging. There were statistically significant differences in occupational health monitoring records,radiation work certificate,individual dose monitoring,regular health examination,wearing of double dosimeters and the training among radiation workers in different levels of radiological treatment institutions(all P<0.05). The radiation workers in tertiary radiological treatment institutions had the higher rates in wearing double dosimeters,establishment of occupational health monitoring records,holding of radiation work certificate and regular training. The radiation workers in secondary radiological treatment institutions had the higher rates of individual dose monitoring and regular health examination. Conclusion The majority of radiological workers in Xi’an City are male,and the proportion of senior professional titles is relatively low,which should be improved. The radiation workers in tertiary radiological treatment institutions have the better status on occupational health monitoring records,holding of radiation work certificate,regular training and wearing double dosimeters.
