摘 要:甲苯是苯的一种常用替代品,广泛用作工业原料和溶剂,急性或慢性职业接触均可能导致皮肤黏膜、神经系统和血液系统等损伤。灵敏、特异且具高效的暴露生物标志物能够更加客观、准确地反映工人实际接触甲苯的情况,有助于建立剂量-效应关系和促进工人健康监护。我们重点综述了职业甲苯接触暴露生物标志物研究进展及其生物接触限值,比较分析了各生物指标的优点和不足,为筛查新的职业甲苯接触暴露生物标志物研究提供参考。Objective Toluene is a common substitute for benzene,which is widely used as industrial raw material and solvent.Acute or chronic occupational exposure to toluene can cause damage on skin and mucous membrane,nervous system,nerve and blood system.Sensitive,specific and efficient exposure biomarkers can reflect the actual exposure of workers to toluene more objectively and accurately.These biomarkers can help to establish dose-effect relationship and promote health monitoring of workers.In this paper,the research progress of exposure biomarkers for occupational contact of toluene and their biological exposure limits are reviewed,and the advantages and disadvantages of each biomarker are discussed,so as to provide a reference for screening novel biomarkers of occupational exposure to toluene.
