摘  要:目的了解2019年北京市顺义区重点职业病监测现状,发现重点职业病监测过程中存在的问题,为进一步制定职业病防控策略提供依据。方法收集2019年北京市顺义区重点职业病监测资料并进行统计分析,包括重点职业病报告情况和重点职业病职业健康检查情况。结果 2019年北京市顺义区职业病报告11例,分别为矽肺5例、电焊工尘肺2例、煤工尘肺1例、职业性噪声聋2例及苯中毒1例。2019年接受职业健康检查的劳动者人数为13 674人次,职业健康检查率为45.9%。9 591名噪声作业人员双耳高频平均听阈检查结果显示,双耳高频平均听阈≥40 dB(A)有1 032例,异常率为10.8%;不同行业、经济类型和规模企业噪声作业人员双耳高频平均听阈比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。接触苯作业人员1 331人,白细胞、中性粒细胞及血小板的异常率分别为4.1%、3.3%和0.2%。结论 2019年北京市顺义区职业健康检查率较低,噪声作业应重点关注港澳台和外商企业及小微企业,苯作业应重点关注私有和集体企业及小微企业,职业性尘肺病(矽肺、电焊工尘肺、煤工尘肺)仍然是顺义区主要的职业病病种。Objective To understand the current situation of key occupational disease surveillance in Shunyi District of Beijing in2019,find out the problems in the process of key occupational disease surveillance,and provide basis for further formulating occupational disease prevention and control strategies. Methods The surveillance data of key occupational diseases in Shunyi District of Beijing in 2019 were collected and analyzed,including the report of key occupational diseases and occupational health examination of key occupational diseases. Results 11 cases of occupational diseases were reported in Shunyi District of Beijing in2019,including 5 cases of silicosis,2 cases of welder’s pneumoconiosis,1 case of coal worker’s pneumoconiosis,2 cases of occupational noise deafness and 1 case of benzene poisoning. In 2019,the number of workers receiving occupational health examination was 13 674,and the rate of occupational health examination was 45.9%. The results showed that there were 1 032 workers whose binaural high frequency average hearing threshold was more than 40 dB(A) among 9 591 noise-exposed workers,and the abnormal rate was 10.8%. The differences in binaural high frequency average hearing threshold were statistically significant among noise-exposed workers in enterprises of different industries,economic types and scales(all P<0.05). Among 1 331 workers exposed to benzene,the abnormal rate of leukocytes,neutrophils and platelets was 4.1%,3.3% and 0.2%,respectively.Conclusion The rate of occupational health examination is low in Shunyi District of Beijing in 2019. The noise operation should focus on Hong Kong,Macao,Taiwan,foreign enterprises,and small and micro enterprises. The benzene operation should focus on private and collective enterprises,and small and micro enterprises. The occupational pneumoconiosis(silicosis,welder’s pneumoconiosis,coal worker’s pneumoconiosis) are still the main occupational diseases in Shunyi District.
