摘　　要：目的探讨炎症因子IL-1β位点rs1143634和rs1143623单核苷酸多态性与乌鲁木齐市汉族男性痛风的相关性。方法随机抽取2016—2019年新疆医科大学第一附属医院和新疆自治区中医院就诊的汉族痛风患者301例作为病例组,选择同期同院就诊的健康检查者515例作为对照组。问卷调查收集信息,并且收集外周静脉血标本检测生化指标和基因分型实验。运用SPSS 22.0软件进行数据分析,并利用SHEsis软件对所选位点进行Hardy-weinberg平衡性检验、基因连锁不平衡分析和单倍型分析。结果rs1143634和rs11436232个位点均符合Hardy-Weinberg平衡性检验(P>0.05);rs1143634位点等位基因频率和基因型分布在痛风组和对照组的分布差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);2个位点形成的AC单倍型可能是痛风发生的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论痛风易感性可能与IL-1β基因rs1143634位点基因多态性相关。Objective To investigate the correlation between single nucleotide polymorphism of the inflammatory factor IL-1βrs1143634 and rs1163623 loci and gout in Han males in Urumqi.Methods 301 Han gout patients from the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University and the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly selected as the case group,and 515 healthy physical examination patients from the same hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.Information was collected by questionnaire survey,and peripheral blood samples were collected to detect biochemical indicators and perform genotyping experiments.SPSS 22.0 software was used for data analysis,and SHEsis software was used for Hardy-weinberg balance test,gene linkage imbalance analysis and haplotype analysis of the selected sites.Results Both rs1143634 and rs11436232 loci were consistent with the Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium test(P>0.05).The differences in the distribution of allele frequency and genotype of rs1143634 were statistically significant between the gout group and the control group(all P<0.05).The haplotype of these two locus,AC,may be a risk factor for the occurrence of gout(P<0.05).Conclusion The gene polymorphism of rs1143634 in the IL-1βmay be related to gout susceptibility.
