针刺络拔罐联合复方青黛膏外敷治疗带状疱疹的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察针刺络拔罐联合复方青黛膏外敷治疗带状疱疹患者的治疗效果。方法2019年6—12月选取天津市中医药研究附属医院356例带状疱疹患者,随机分为两组,对照组156人,静滴复方甘草酸苷粉针和口服阿昔洛韦,患者病变部位采血针刺络拔罐;观察组按照上述对照组治疗的同时,在患者病变部位拔罐后,覆盖复方青黛膏纱布进行治疗,观察治疗效果。结果患者治疗7~9天后,观察组患者的治疗治愈率(78.00%)明显高于对照组(67.95%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分治疗后比治疗前均明显降低,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);治疗前两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组(1.97±0.56)与对照组(0.65±0.32)比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针刺络拔罐联合复方青黛膏外敷治疗带状疱疹,安全有效,是相对理想的治疗方案。Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture and cupping combined with external application of compound Qingdai ointment on patients with herpes zoster.Methods From June to December 2019,356 patients with herpes zoster were selected from the Hospital Affiliated to Tianjin Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and were divided into two groups.Totally 156 patients in the control group were treated with the intravenous infusion of compound glycyrrhizin powder injection and oral acyclovir,and the lesion location of the patients were given the acupuncture and cupping.While performing the treatment in accordance with the above-mentioned control group,the lesion location of the patients in the observation group was covered with the compound Qingdai ointment gauze after cupping.Results After 7-9 days of treatment,the cure rate of the observation group(78.00%)was higher than that of the control group(67.95%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In two groups,the scores of visual simulation scoring(VAS)after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and the difference were statistically significant(both P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the difference between the observation group(1.97±0.56)and the control group(0.65±0.32)was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture and cupping combined with external application of compound Qingdai ointment has a safe effect for herpes zoster and is a relatively ideal treatment plan.
