摘　　要：目的分析攀枝花市学生肺结核流行特征,为学校肺结核的防控工作提供依据。方法采用描述流行病学方法对2010—2019年攀枝花市学生肺结核流行病学特征进行分析。结果2010—2019年攀枝花市累计报告学生肺结核病例273例,年均发病率15.24/10万。2013—2019年学生肺结核发病率总体呈上升趋势(χ^(2)趋势=23.689,P<0.01)。男女性别比1.58∶1。发病年龄主要集中在16~20岁,教育阶段以高中和普通高等教育学校为主。2016年以来,病原学阳性患者构成比逐年上升。报告时间集中在3、4和10月。结论近年来攀枝花市学生肺结核疫情呈上升趋势,应进一步加强学校结核病防控工作,重点针对高中、中等职业技术学校和普通高等教育学校开展防控工作。Objective To analyze the epidemic characteristics of tuberculosis among students in Panzhihua City,provide basis for the prevention and control of tuberculosis in schools.Methods The epidemiological characteristics of tuberculosis among students in Panzhihua City from 2010-2019 were analyzed by descriptive epidemiological method.Results From 2010-2019,a total of 273 cases of tuberculosis among students were reported in Panzhihua City,and the average annual incidence rate was 15.24/lakh.The incidence rate of tuberculosis in students was generally on the rise from 2013-2019(χ^(2)trend=23.689,P<0.01).The gender ratio of male and female was 1.58∶1.The majority of tuberculosis cases were aged 16-20 years old,which were the students in high school and university.Since 2016,the proportion of pathogen positive patients has increased year by year.Students with tuberculosis were mainly reported in March to April and October.Conclusion In recent years,the epidemic of tuberculosis among students in Panzhihua City is on the rise.It is necessary to strengthen the prevention and control of tuberculosis in schools,focusing on the prevention and control in high schools,secondary vocational and technical schools and general higher education schools.
